In 2021, students who attended our Summer Leadership Workshop reported growth in the following areas*:

• Building rapport in a group

• Connecting with new people individually

• Defining and appreciating group diversity

• Defining and understanding their own values

• Communicating effectively in group settings

• Communicating effectively one-on-one

Launch Leadership’s mission to empower young leaders could not be more critical than it is right now. There’s a universal need for good leadership, and our time-tested curriculum can meet that need. But we need your help to reach more students in more places.

You can support Launch’s mission with a one-time or recurring online donation. Donations of all sizes help us provide scholarships and supplies to student leaders from all over the country.

$50 - Provides Workshop materials for one student.

$100 - Provides a week’s worth of snacks for one Workshop co-op.

$525 - Provides one Workshop Full-Scholarship.

*Students were surveyed before and after Workshop, and the results were compared.

We recently had the opportunity to catch up with Emaan, a local student who has attended Launch Leadership's Summer Leadership Workshop two years in a row.

Emaan now serves as the Co-President of Dear Dunya, a nonprofit she helped start after discovering her own potential to create positive change in her community while at Workshop.
