WHAT IS WINTER WORKSHOP: FUTURE FORWARD?

Launch is kicking off 2026 with a full-day leadership experience built just for high school Sophomores and Juniors who are ready to level up, look ahead, and step boldly into who they’re becoming.

At Winter Workshop: Future Forward!, delegates will spend the day exploring not only who they are right now but also the leader, creator, and changemaker they want to become. This is the perfect chance to expand on everything you experienced at Summer Leadership Workshop and keep that momentum going—aka, Keep the Fire.

Through signature Launch activities and dynamic sessions with our incredible partners—including Junior Achievement, University of Nebraska at Omaha faculty, Jamie Peer (Life Mastery Consultant & Dream Builder Coach), and Healthcare Improv—participants will:

• Discover and strengthen their personal leadership style

• Shape their personal brand and understand how it shows up in the world

• Understand their personal masteries and build upon them as a foundation for the future

• Create a powerful, inspiring vision for their life in the years to come

It’s a high-energy, high-impact day designed to spark insight, build community, and help students own their next steps while staying true to classic Launch vibes.

We’ll keep everyone fueled with breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and then cap off the night with tickets to the UNO Mavericks Hockey Game! (Because every great day deserves an epic finish.)

If your student is ready to dream bigger, lead stronger, and Keep the Fire as they launch into their future with clarity and momentum, this is the winter experience they won’t want to miss.

Students attending should expect to be at UNO no later than 8:30am on January 10th. We plan to wrap up with our day around 6pm with the option to attend a UNO Hockey game at 7pm on us!
